Great chromebook for school work and games

My daughter bought it for school zooms and games and has been using it non-stop since she got it. It is a nice looking, thin, lightweight Chromebook that starts up quickly and has no lag. For the price, I can't find any reason not to get this one.

She has a company desktop networked to the office, but for the times she needs to be more mobile than that, this was the perfect tool. Her company VPN was available as a download thru the Google store and she is able to remote in from there. Great battery life - very impressed.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Great Value for a Chromebook

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the machine as a back up for my back up ( I work as an IT Program Manager, so I mainly use my corporate machine and personal Yoga). For the price ($250 at the time), it was a steal. I need it for basic web surfing, Zoom calls (yes, Zoom does work--you have to install the chrome extension and not the app), access OneDrive and Google Drive. This is my first Chromebook, and for its value, it works! My only pain point is the camera quality. On video calls (Zoom, BlueJeans, and Hangouts), the video quality is dark, but I mean, it's $250, and as a "back-up" Chromebook, this fits my lifestyle. The keyboard is odd--again, this is my first Chromebook, so it does take getting used to not having a CapsLock button but a Search button instead (not useful). It's small enough to carry in a 12"-13'' sleeve and doesn't weigh too much when traveling in my tote bag.

I have been using chromebooks for the last 5 years and love them! The display is excellent and the keyboard is so easy to use! The ability to use it without the keyboard when I play my online games is a plus! I only purchased this a couple of weeks but I highly recommend this laptop!! Very happy I purchased it!

Seems like a poor design option if you think about it. Additional usb ports could be placed in this area instead. Over all nice Chromebook, like the Touch Screen features and Tablet function.

Looked at several different brands, but kept coming back to the Lenovo. Has more metal in its design which I like. Easily docks to my home office. Everything so far is super fast. Nice to have something that boots before I've eaten my breakfast!
