I just received this computer yesterday and I love it. It was literally 5 minutes from opening the box to watching Netflix. It was easy easy to set up, connected quickly to my wi fi and away we went. The sound is much better than the HP and Samsung laptops I have in this same size and even my 15 inch HP laptop. I think the color and clarity is great. So far I am so glad that I choose this Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 over another Samsung or HP ( I had to buy a speaker to hook to both of them to be able to hear my programs). I mainly watch Netflix, Hulu, Acorn, Brittbox or You tube shows and shop. I am not a gamer. But I so far love this quick easy laptop. I choose it after reading many of the reviews that were here on Best Buy about it.

The perfect Chromebook for my 5 year old. It just the right size for him to complete his homework assignments. The touchscreen is a great feature. Because it is very lightweight and easy to use, I find myself grabbing it to use verses my laptop. My son can easily navigate the features of the Lenovo Chromebook

If you're looking for something basic , this is perfect. feels like a more expensive laptop in your hand. syncs nicely with google drive. For the sale price i paid of 170.00 you can't go wrong. The original price of 279.00 might be a little high for a chromebook with 4gb of ram and 32gb of storage. The screen is bright but lacks a little sharpness. performs well when checkimg emails , web browsing, amd watching youtube videos. It's also very responsive in tablet mode. access to google play store is a plus and linux beta is also included , which gives you access to linux apps. i would recommend this unit if you can grab it on sale. I've had no negative issues with it in the first month of usage. This is my second Lenovo device and both have met my expectations.

I purchased this to work in tandem with my current chromebook, which couldn't handle the stress of distance learning. With the 4GB ram both have, holding google meets/zoom calls while also opening and using other tabs is just impossible (especially google meets, which cause everything else to lag. I've found that Zoom calls tend to be better, but can still complicate things). If you're looking for something that would work for things as such, I would suggest looking elsewhere for computers with higher RAM. However, when not on a video call, the computer runs quite smoothly. (When I was searching for my computer, I saw many people complaining about this very thing, so I wanted to point it out) I love the touchscreen feature, and the fact that I can fold it completely into a tablet. Both are features that are rarely found in a computer at this price range, and definitely were the reasons I purchased it. While neither feature is top of the line, they work as well as you'd expect from a computer of the price range. I've also found that it has a fairly powerful speaker, if that's important to you. I have found one problem, however. Every week or two, if I don't shut down and restart it myself, the computer will do it itself. While I'm using it. The screen will freeze and, if I have sound playing (such as from a video call, YouTube video, or music), a few seconds of the audio will play on a loop. During the minute or two that this occurs, no buttons work. Afterwards, the screen goes fully black and reboots. From what I've seen in the month I've had it, this can be prevented by restarting the computer on my own every few days or so, however it still can become extremely annoying. I assume it is because the computer needs to have it's cache or something similar cleaned which happens when it's restarted. I also haven't come across anyone else having this problem, so it may very well be a bug in my specific computer. All that considered, I do believe that, for its price, it's one of the best options out there.

Great bang for the buck. I picked one up for $179 on bestbuy black friday 2 weeks ago. I purchased this for a young child who loved my chromebook so I got this one for him for christmas. Works great, and plays all the games he likes, now to pack it back up. Only concern is that the product shows discontinued on lenovo website. I've been trying to search for a cover for this model and no one seems to have one made for it. Is that because it is discontinued, I don't know? As a gift for a child, I'd really like a cover for it and even lenovo doesn't sell one. Would be 5 star review if not for that catching point. Any help would be appreciated.

Easy to operate. Fast . Love the touch screen . Very affordable. I finished my job ahead of time. So far the best laptop I ever purchased.

This chrome book was purchased for my kids to use at school. It is lightweight but still has a solid feel. Silver color is nice and the keys are easy to use. The touchscreen is a very nice edition. For the sale price it is a great chromebook with good options. I ended up buying another one for my other child because we all liked it so much.

I like the touch screen. Other models of that size with the touch screen were a lot more expensive and were usually out of stock. One drawback was its incompatibility with my android phone. I thought I might try some zoom conferences using the 11'' screen instead of my phone but its only available on higher priced Lenovo models. But you get what you pay for. I like the size and weight for portability. This is my first Chromebook so I am still getting acquainted with the differences with Windows

Works as advertised, Quick, Smooth start up. Good Value, touch screen is a nice addition, good battery life.

My faithful old Acer is almost dead - battery issues. But she lasted about eight years so that's pretty darn good. So I bought this one as a replacement and it is working great. I never had the touch screen option before so I'm still not used to that but it's nice when you want to use it that way. The battery lasts a long time between charges which is also great.

This is the second chromebook in the house, and I particularly like it. The touchscreen works well, the CPU is certainly fast enough (non gaming environment), well laid out and easy to use. It comes complete with all the basic tools you need, Word Processor, Spreadsheet and Presentation package. It also has a security program built in, (not sure how that compares to a McCaffe or the ilk). It also provides a window into the Google World of interlinked programs (Maps, Calendar, Chrome etc).

Exactly I expected, easy setup, fast start and durable battery (around 6 to 8 hours) for personal use accomplish with my requirement. No issues so far, in general I'm happy with this purchased. I think buy another for my wife

What a great value! I am a long-time Chromebook user (and "value" shopper aka cheapskate.) Only have owned mine for a few days, and it slipped into my computing rotation, replacing an HP HP Chromebook 13 G1. I made the swap for performance and storage, and especially the touch screen. (My 2.5 year old grandson insists on doing his two-finger zoom when we're looking at pictures.) While my new one is more compact, so far I don't miss the screen size, and one correction in specs, at least as I read them - the new Lenovo has a full-size SD card slot, not the mini like my HP. I transfer digital photos from my camera via card (fewer steps than the wireless methods), so this change serves me well.

Bought this for my dad in 2021 and he LOVES IT! Will not stop talking about it. It folds, touchscreen, screen is big and has a keyboard as well. If I didn’t have a laptop already I would buy this one for school, really cool to use.

Bought this for my son to use for virtual learning. Perfect little computer for his needs. Easy to use, battery lasts all day and plenty of storage for his needs. Screen is bigger than the Chromebook given to the students which is a plus, and a lot easier on the eyes. Bought at a great price as well.

Excellent laptop for basic needs! Originally bought this for my daughter for online school but I found myself using it more for work since it’s so easy to use, very lightweight and extremely energy efficient. Battery life lasts long too

I purchased this laptop as I wanted to see what Chromebooks are all about, and as such its a great choice as it includes the latest ChromeOS features including App-store support and Linux (Beta). Touch screen is very responsive and you can almost get away without a need for a mouse. Touch-pad responds well but clicking on it is a bit 'hard' compared to a mouse-click. Compared to other models the disk (32GB) is on the low end - sufficient for an basic usage but if you plan to use it as a Linux box and install many GUI Linux apps or install multiple VMs you might want to consider a machine with a larger disk. Using it as a tablet is a bit cumbersome as its relatively large and 'thick' (when folding the keyboard backwards). If your primary purpose is a basic Chromebook/Linux laptop this is a great choice, If your primary purpose is using it as a tablet - you will be probably better off with a ChromeOS based tablet.

So far so good!! Excellent chromebook for my daughter to do her online school work and she also loves the touchscreen feature for some game time as well. Super easy setup and super easy to use. Excellent price point for her first laptop. Glad we went with this one!

Absolutely perfect for my daughter and I to school, pay bills, virtual appointments and even just surfing the internet. I love that I can use it as a tablet for my vinyl designs it makes it so much easier for me to get the lines just right. We never had an issue with zoom meetings connecting or any of the countless other websites loading. I would definitely recommend it for anyone from elementary aged to a 30 year old going back to finish her psychology degree. Easy to use, many options, lightweight, thin, the only thing I wish was better is the headphone jack/Bluetooth connection. My daughter couldn’t get her headphones to connect wirelessly (they were also cheaper ones) and I had issues with my earbuds staying connected and my brand new AirPods Pro would not connect at all.
