    Never got it. Lost in Transit. Unable to resolve the issue with Customer Service call center. Only promises. They have no idea of what they are supposed to do and refuse to forward complain to someone who can help. Also, not all my calls were documented. Issue was finally resolved thanks to a in store Best Buy employee. This review is not about the item, since I never got it. It is about Call Center Best Buy Customer Service.
