Have to Lost half day of my paid working day just to pick up the laptop in Another County there I live. spend 3 hours driving and as arrive to The store they offer me my product but wasn't as a said the description. They try to give me an OLD LAPTOP, Without charger or electric cable, with scratches all over the cover, bottom, sides. Onther word's the laptop looks like pice of garbage or something was picked from the trashcan. I spent 3 hours plus in the store to recover my purchases but wasn't enough and employee refused to give me my product as was supposed buy it. Manager was very rude and unprofessional as same the employee didn't have attitude to be responsible or professional as representative of Best Buy. They abandoned the pice of garbage in the counter and told me THAT IS YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR PROBLEM. TAKE!!!! Im refused to get something like that and leave the store without my laptop and lost my time money and trust of Best Buy

But good price.It has *GB of RAM, but is surprisingly slow sometimes just loading basic web pages. Also, ZOOM does NOT work on this laptop, event though I downloaded the app.
