    The product is very difficult to use with everything being in the cloud. I don't have access to the full versions of the word processing software I need to use.

    I really do not like it! It is not half as good as the one I had to replace and if it was easy for me with no car to exchange this for a different one I would have... My old one was so easy to set up and ran great till the end this one is one problem after another and still have not been able to get it set up the way I want it... Either Lenovo has gone down hill or I got a bad one... Trust me if I could return it right now and get a different one I would!!!v

    I received this item in *EXCELLENT condition. However my volume is messed up at various times.

    In less than a month, it stopped working correctly. The track pad started glitching and the speakers started sounding like they were submerged in water. We returned it.

    Computer is extremely slow. Middle school student is required to have a device for classes. Bought this brand new from Best Buy August 2023. The computer takes so long to open, the teacher are finished with their lessons by the time this logs on to the assignment. I am not sure if this is a lemon or if this is standard, but what a waste of over $300. Teacher actually told student to buy a better device. Its 60 days old.

To try to remedy this, first, please look for any applicable updates in the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings.     Like the laptop not the extra headaches

    I bought this laptop for my niece and there are problems with signing for her. Apparently chrome needs a pass code but now its locked. I like the laptop overall but i wish it wasnt locked.

    I knew going in the shortcomings of Chromebooks so I made sure there was plenty of RAM for what I needed and still had to return it. Bummed this didnt work out.

    Purchased Lenovo because the color was suppose to be better than HP it is not. It also startles me when signing in with this Loud voice telling me what I am signing into.Have not figured out if I can shut this off! It is also on the heavy side.

    I found the Chromebook very difficult to maneuver as I had been a Windows user for many years. I grew very frustrated as I lost data and lost icons, so I returned the computer within the 15 day window and received a complete refund. I don't think the problem was with the machine, but rather the operating system.
