Excellent condition model, it came without original packaging, it had a decent amount of scratches, noticably dirty, multiple fingerprints, arrived in an oversized box with no package protection, it was clearly not in excellent condition. What a scam. Would not recommend, I've purchased Open Box Excellent items from Best Buy before, this was an absolute failure on their part. It only lasted 2 years and now it will not turn on and needs costly repairs. I spoke with a Lenovo representative and she was less than helpful. She told me that I can ship it to Lenovo for a $109 diagnostic test. I do not recommend this computer or company.
