Perfect chromebook for my 10 year old grandson. He loves the touchscreen and it has more memory than comparably priced ones.

I bought this chrome book on June 06/13/2023 and it went completely dark this morning 08/03/23. On/off button is useless. After reading more reviews, this apparently happens a lot to this product. I did not purchase the Best Buy additional warranty. Not sure how much it will cost to have it repaired or if I want to do that. Maybe I beat it up with a hammer!

This review is not about the product but Best buy refund policy. The reason it was returned just simply I do not like the Chrome OS. S I returned the Chromebook within the allotted time according to their return policy. I waited the industry standard of 5 - 10 business days to see my refund. On the evening of day 10 I decided to give them a call to see why I have not gotten my refund sent to my account. The lady on the other end of the phone looked into and proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait 20 - 40 days. SO VERY DISPPOINTED!!!!! In this day and age of everything being lighting quick I need to wait that long. There is a company that I have ordered and returned items that I get the refund the next day but say the standard 5 - 10 days. Really makes me think if I will ever put myself through the aggravation of purchasing an item from Best Buy again. The stars are for the product.

Purchased this device as a light-weight work-from-home machine for video-meetings, data entry, emails, etc. The only thing I miss using the ChromeOS is a tool like Outlook or Mailbird to organize multiple email accounts, then it'd get five stars.

I would have given this computer a five-star except I do not care for the off-center touchpad. Besides being off-center the touchpad also has a very small section on the lower left side for normal use and pressing outside this area is like right-clicking.

My husband really likes this laptop better than the HP he used. The picture is real clear. This is our third Lenovo product and have not had any problems with them.

Works great! Wish mousepad was a bit better but other than that if you’re used to Chrome OS you’ll love it

We were searching for a basic laptop. This Lenovo has worked well for our purposes. There are great settings to help with limited vision.

Very easily accessible. I bought it for my middle school to carry to and from school. She loves it. Fast processing. Also great to watch movies on.
