    I ordered one of these for Black Friday in order to make a nice smart home monitor. I was really excited for the screen size and price, plus the fact it folds all the way around was necessary if I wanted to wall mount it. Too bad it got lost in shipping and now I am fighting with Best Buy's customer service to get the product I paid for. :(

    Bought this because Asus didnt have a unit that met my specs at the time i needed a new device. Nothing but problems since i got it. Hangs intermittently with power cycle being the only fix. Persistently unable to detect the keyboard and touchpad so it launches an onscreen keyboard. Today, the os is gone. Recovery is an option, but an unceremonious death is what this thing deserves. Do yourself a favor and get an Asus if you can, rock solid had it twice as long and very reliable despite the beeting it got.
