Bad purchase

I didnt know Chrome didnt come woth any Microsoft, or that for many extension platforms arent compatible. The reason i purchased a new laptop was to do things this pc will not accomplish. Extremely disappointed. Best buy ised tonhave ppl help you, not now.

Sad and frustrating with store

Finals next week and store can not help except to offer power wash we can do ourselves or sending it out. Again finals next week! Sad and frustrating.

I took it to Best Buy and they told me that is only has 30 days . No help with a new purchase made
