I'll review the Chromebook later after I use it for a month or so (although I have another different type of Lenovo Chromebook and like it very much, which is why I ordered another type Lenovo. My review here will be for the "Excellent Open Box " version I purchased. It came with the obvious WRONG charger (not USB) and when I contacted help, they said they couldn't do much. I could return the whole package, but that's ridiculous. I ordered the correct one on Amazon. So just be aware that Excellent open box does NOT mean excellent as the person packing it couldn't be bothered to see that the charger wouldn't fit. (Took me about 10 seconds). That's sloppy, Best Buy. If I had ordered the cheaper "fair" version of Open Box, I wouldn't have been as annoyed.

Bought this device for the family - mainly for email, internet searching, and day to day needs. I can’t be happier with the purchase. It’s basic but the price point couldn’t be beat! And I was shocked at the video output. This can be used for video streaming and it’s not bad, actually quite good!

Picked up this Chromebook for my sister, she just needed it for basic surfing, email and light printing tasks. This is perfect for her and has been a great replacement for her older, slower Windows notebook. The touchscreen is great, the display is beautiful, and coming from a financial background she loves the numeric keypad. Have had no issues, all apps are running perfectly and the Chrome browser is easy to use. I did have an issue getting her Epson printer setup and I ended up installing an app called Epson iPrint which took care of that issue nicely. All in all a very capable mid-level touchscreen Chromebook.

Purchased 06/13/2023. Lenovo quit working today. Screen went blank. Power switch on the side is useless. Instruction pamphlet useless. Did you know if you try and use ANY of the lenovo websites to check warranty questions, it directs you to a Go Daddy website wanting me to purchase this webpage. Thought that was really odd. I tried about 6 different Lenovo sites and could find nothing. So there apparently isn't any type of warranty with this laptop. Wished I'd have known that before I purchased. The laptop finally turned itself off after 6 hours and the battery cooled down, bottom no longer hot. I was afraid it was going to explode or catch on fire it was so hot.

If you need something just for everyday use I’d highly recommend this little guy . It’s good for doing small tasks like watching videos , and small office work if the need arises.

It's decent for small projects like editing videos and making different art projects. Would 100% recommend if you have a child who's a student in high school or college.

I happened to get an amazing deal on this closeout, but even if i hadn't, it's a great 2-in-1 laptop. Satisfies my need for a tablet (for now lol).
