Keyboard Setup is Awful

Just got my laptop delivered and going through the setup. I already know it's going back. The keyboard has the right-sided arrow-up key (PgUp) where the shift key should be, so every time you reach with your right pinky to cap a letter or try to put in the @ symbol, you end up with a lower-case letter or the number 2, because you are hitting the arrow-up key rather than the shift key. I know, I know, super picky to expect to be able to speed type an email address, but there it is. OMG, I just spent the last 30 seconds trying to figure out why the cursor kept jumping up a sentence! I was trying to cap the "w" and of course was hitting the stupid arrow-up key. GAH!!!! Whoever designed the key placement for this laptop is an idiot.

Brand response from Lenovo Product Expert

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 4-15. With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

I got the computer about two months ago and it was everything I wanted. It was quick and responsive and I really liked the fingerprint scanner. The only quirk was the right shift key being smaller than a conventional keyboard but that was not a big deal. However the computer crashed about a month ago during an update and that was then end of it. I was unable to boot the computer and had to send it back to Lenovo for a warranty repair. One month later and I still haven't received it back. I've had to call customer support at least 6 times now and all I can get is that the "motherboard failed" and that "they are working on it". They have told me there is no new information and to "call back next week" for the last three weeks now. Its really frustrating not knowing where the computer is or when I'm going to get it back. For a computer that costs this much I expected better.

Love it but the screen is so fragile

I definitely love the HD screen until one day I put it into my backpack. When I took it out, I found the screen was broke and the touching function cannot work at all. Repair the screen needs over $500 after evaluation in Bestbuy. All I can do is go to buy a Apple air macbook and paid the shipping fee at $45 for the broken laptop returned to me.
