    Tbh, I originally didn’t want a laptop with 512 gb. I was looking for a 1Tb but it’s okay. I love this laptop, I had to switch out of S Mode so I could use it for my business & download what I needed. The backlit keyboard is really amazing! I loved it. That & the 2 in 1 capability that it can turn into a tablet sold me. I had to buy! Haven’t even gotten started to fully use it but so far so good. No complaints. I wish I had photos.

  • Nice but has an annoying issue

    I really like this laptop for my purposes, which is primarily browsing, shopping checking email etc. The only issue I have is that the two USB ports seems to be loose somehow. Where anything that I plug into them including flash drives, my wireless mouse repeatedly looses its connection and functionality because the connection goes in and out. Will likely have to return this product for that reason.

If this is not stemming from a hardware issue, to try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    This is a decent performing laptop with touchscreen. At this price point you don't normally get i5 and touchscreen capability. The graphics are sharp and crisp and the 14" form factor makes it an easy travel option vs a smaller tablet. Only negative...no open memory slots to upgrade from the 8GB soldered onboard memory. If you can get this when it's on sale (we saved $250) it's a "best buy" in my opinion.

    Ok computer for the price. Everything works good except Bluetooth connection disconnects from time to time and the only way to restore it is to shut the computer down and restart it.

    This laptop was easy to set up and use in very little time. I'm tech-competent, but not an expert. This is a good laptop and I really enjoy using it. OBTW, the on-line purchase process at Best Buy was straightforward and quick.

    Solid peice of equipment. I use it for school, work, and to play some old games that arent too graphic focused. If youre looking for a laptop thatll do exactly all that this is for you. I plan on building a gaming pc sometime soon, but still plan on keeping this because of how useful its proven to be.

    Very good had it for a month now runs smooth and fast good for gaming, work and school i only have two negative thoughts and that would be the sound being low and battery runs out a little to fast.
