A few weeks after purchase I noticed the item had been reduced by $30. I was able to get credit just using the online chat. Great response by Best Buy.

Has plenty of ports to stick your cables in and feels nice and sturdy in your hands. The screen wont flop over and the keyboard fwels solid.

Goes down to 4 when watching the video. - Closing the lid causes the entire thing to black screen and requires a restart to fix - Restarting went from being instantaneous to taking around 5-minutes - Bluetooth got randomly disabled, and I couldn't turn it back on even after rebooting. I assumed this was a chrome-os issue, but it persisted after a factory reset so now I'm not so sure.
