The touch pad, the touch screen, etc to the point that its not usable unless I restart it. That happens every day or so.

Bestbuy Customer Service Sucks

I attempted to return it to Best Buy. They sent a return label but refused to sell me a replacement device at the same price because the pricing had changed. I was able to order from Amazon and save money. Visit Amazon and skip bestbuy.

Doesn’t detect second monitors properly and even if you use option to default to not duplicate display it always defaults to duplicate display when a secondary display is connected to

To start, after charging your Chromebook for at least 15 minutes with its original power adapter, try doing a hardware reset. You can visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components. This may resolve the issue by clearing out any errors within system components that may be preventing proper system startup.

Defective and Best Buy refused to honor price

Best buy refused to replace item for the price I paid and wanted me to pay over $200 more to replace with the same item.

Terrible product

At that price it should have SSD. I did an online order to get the Cyber Monday price. Went to pick it up and discovered the problem. Best Buy would not do a price adjustment on a Chromebook that did have SSD.

I can use it all day without an issue. Runs all my school programs with no problems. Better then the school laptops they gove out. I give this a A+

Likes - Good Keyboard - Great Screen resolution options - Sturdy build - Handsome pattern/design on the top - The Chromebook was snappy and did not get bogged down, even when I had dozens of chrome tabs open across multiple desktops & windows. - The 2-in-1 design is great. I found myself regularly using the device in tablet mode, which is much larger & more spacious than a typical tablet’s screen. Great for reading comic books. Dislikes - The battery life is decent for basic browsing however, any time the fans turn on, the battery drains really quickly. I was used to ARM based Chromebooks, rather than Intel based Chromebooks, so this was a surprise for me. - The screen is bright inside but a bit dim, especially outside or in rooms with lots of natural lighting (but that is pretty standard on cheap and mid-grade Chromebooks). For the price, especially when on sale, this is a superb Chromebook Plus model. So long as you are aware the battery life will typically struggle to hit that 10 hour advertised limit, this is a great purchase for anyone whose work flow revolves around a browser or Android apps.
