I bought this as sort of an upgrade from my older HP Envy and as a companion to my minibook. Starts up super quick, the screen looks great, and I like the fact that you can instantly connect to and print from wireless printers with no setup. I don't mind that it's a Chromebook since I already have a dedicated laptop for windows. This holds a charge for much longer, so I find myself using it more often when at home, and while I can mirror my phone on my Windows laptop, I can receive and answer messages seamlessly with the Chromebook. It's worth it for me.

I bought this as a gift for my dad's wife and helped her set it up and played around on it for a while. It is by far the best Chromebook I've ever used. I have a Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 and this feels every bit as fast. I know it's running Chrome OS and not Windows but the responsiveness is impressive. Obviously it doesn't feel as premium but still a decent build and the 360 hinge is good. Chrome OS works really well in tablet mode too. Screen is plenty bright and Netflix and YouTube both looked good. Speakers are more than adequate. Keyboard is actually a decent experience as well. I know Chrome OS isn't something everyone has worked on before but if all someone needs is a laptop for web browsing, typing stuff every once in a while, and maybe some videos I really can't recommend this enough. I think Google really nailed it with the new Chromebook Plus line. I would assume any of them are pretty good.

I love this Chromebook! It was so easy to start up, is a convenient size, colors and speed are crisp. The flex feature is really fun too!

I'm not using this device as a "power user". I have other devices for this. This device serves me adequately for browsing, social media, and other related and similar tasks. If that's what you're looking for, this device is more than enough. My only complaint, the curser sometimes jumps unexpectedly when using the touchpad mouse, but this hasn't been really bothersome to me.....yet.

So far, I am very happy with the Chromebook that I purchased. It is able to do all that I need to do and hoped with a mouse. It works perfectly for me.

Perfect gift for my girlfriend who knows nothing about computers and was still easily accessible and friendly for her to use. Beautiful lcd screen, almost mistaked it for an oled one. Runs perfectly well

I needed to upgrade my laptop after my previous one had lived a very crazy life during my job as a special education teacher. Upgrading to this laptop was effortless and simple as soon as I logged into the google chrome system. It seems to have a good battery life and I have had no issue using the video and microphone features for my work or video conferencing. Very happy with my purchase and the lovely people at the Best Buy in Albany, NY for helping me out!

Pretty good in terms of battery life, speed and capacity. Allowing 6 digits sign in w/o having to type email password simplified my life

I really love my new laptop. It feels sturdy, I like the option of turning it into a tablet, the colors are great, and it is fast. To be fair, I only use it to surf the net, stream videos and movies so far.

I bought this for my 6 year old since he will be starting to do his school work on it next year, he also wanted to play some games that was specifically on google play, he loves the laptop, but pretty much any laptop is going to have its negatives, the only thing I don’t like about it is how fast the battery goes dead, seems like it has to stay plugged in a lot, and when the battery is getting low it will start acting up (not pressing certain buttons, freezing, etc.)

This is exactly what I've been waiting for. I previously owned the Flex 5 Chromebook and loved it. The new Chromebook Plus model is so fast and easy to use. I love it more than my windows computer!

Perfect fit for a home computer for the every day use of emails, bills, information search. Light weight and compact and good battery life.

I really loved this 14 inch touch screen laptop. It is fast snappy and work really good for the basic tasks . The 1080 P camera is good as well. Love it . I would recommend it to friends

For a Chromebook the things runs super great. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because it doesn’t run the full version of excel. As an accounting student this is a must and I have to replace it now

This is a beautiful Chromebook, highly recommended by Wirecutter and others. Unfortunately it has a bad design flaw - the hinges, which are critical for the touchscreen, are poorly attached and tend to crack after repeated use. I know, because I ran into this problem once, figured it was a fluke, and bought the same machine again, this time with Total Protection. The hinge cracked a second time. Warning: When you take it to the Geek Squad to get serviced BestBuy charges you a $50 fee.

We purchased this for my son to use at school. It has been a great chrome book with excellent battery life. He loves the fact that it is touch screen and it has held up well over the last year with no issues.

It was a good laptop about 3 lb nice screen. Great if you want more then tablet but not full Windows or Mac.

This is a really nice computer, but has its flaws. It’s all matte black so if fingerprint smudging causes anxiety this wouldn’t be the best option. The screen is so clear I ask myself if the photo edits I bought it for aren’t over saturated on a cell phone. Otherwise, really nice graphics card. Mine will freeze up. Not sure what that’s about. I only use it for a couple programs.

This laptop does exactly what we needed. Set up is easy. While it takes some time to adjust to Google's OS if used to windows, the experience feels very intuitive and modern. Knocked off one star because the tablet mode doesn't always work correctly. Highly recommend buying from Best Buy as their customer service and price match policy is the best.
