I had a google tablet from 2018 and it was heavy and finally crashed on me. This chromebook is best I've had so far. I use mostly cloud based programs like Microsoft 365 for work but also use google drive and email for personal. Fast, powerfull, well built. I use the tablet mode for reading. The screen is totally legit. I think it's a very good value.

While this is a decent Chromebook overall it’s supposed to have a fingerprint reader but for some reason this one doesn’t (Chromebook Plus site and Lenovo specs say it does). Battery life is a a bit less than others but the keyboard is nice. Screen is a bit too dim and the glare is strong. Overall it’s ok but it should have better specs per its description.

Already owned the Lenovo flex 5 but wanted to upgrade to Chromebook plus, so I bought the 5i. Both are fantastic, Lenovo does Chromebooks great. The flex 5i is like the flex 5 on steroids with all the chrome plus stuff.

I like the Flex 5i very much. I would like to have had a connection for an HTML cord.

My last Chromebook lasted me a good 7 years and never gave me problems, but 2 years on, it just straight up won't turn on. I've attempted every kind of troubleshooting just before an actual repair, but for what it is, I'd rather just buy a new one. Performance while it was alive was fine, but it packed lots of functionality. Basically only useful for homework and watch YouTube while you eat.

This was sold as an excellent condition out of box product. The only thing it was missing was the manual laptops usually come with. Laptop was in perfect condition except that the screen had a lot of finger prints on it, reason it received 4 stars. Ive never had a chrome OS so it was a little bit of a learning curve. Starts up and shuts down a lot quicker than my windows OS laptop. Even without windows apps, the google app platform works just as good offering apps throuth google drive that are similary to Microsoft Office. Plus side you can also download apps that are commonly on smart phones (specifically android).

I've been using this now for about a month and a half and I've had no issues at all. It's my first Chromebook and I'm very happy with it.

This is a 10/10 Chromebook! I have deployed over 40 of these to my staff and they love them! No issues yet!

This laptop is great for work its fast the time it takes to load a website is less than 10 seconds. I rated a 4 because I dont use it as much and you’re limited to certain apps.

I loved it because it is super modern and updated, the system to work on my son's homework, the antivirus updates seemed like one of the best things to bring and the restrictions of some apps or applications to use for the safety of my children I loved the super modern screen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great buy! Fast, quick to load. The only issue is that the touch pad seems to be losing its sensitivity after only having it a short time.

My son is autistic and isn't always the most careful but this lap top had proven to be tough enough for the job also is able to keep up with all the video editing he does.

I already knew this was what I wanted but my daughter also bought one and it was for my grandson so I returned mine .

I bought this laptop to replace my Samsung Chromebook. I love it. It's light enough, has a touch screen, and uses the operating system I've become accustomed to. I only use it for streaming, emails, general internetting, and a little document making for work. Such a steal!

I didn't really want to pay this much for a laptop, But I'm glad I did. Very nice machine. Lightweight and powerful

Was a top rated laptop on the reviews, my daughter really likes it. Had an issue with startup and downloading things needed for class, so my daughter took it in and Geek Squad had it blazing in less than 10 minutes! Thanks!

Bought this for my granddaughter. She loves it for school work and after school surfing. A great deal at regular price but even better when you catch it on sale. Touch screen, backlit keyboard and plenty of storage, memory and processing power.

I bought this as an 80th birthday gift for someone to replace an old and painfully slow Microsoft laptop. Although he is not the most computer savvy octogenarian out there, he has adjusted to it quickly. Painless setup, easy to use, fast.
