Great laptop for the cost. Refurbished unit came looking brand new, and I see no signs of former usage. The laptop is fast and responsive. I mostly use it docked, and only use it on battery for short periods at a time, so I can't speak to battery life. I also haven't used it as a tablet other than to test it out, though it's nice to know that functionality is there if want it. The screen is bright and sharp, though things seem a bit small sometimes when using the full resolution (though this is to be expected on this size screen). Overall, I'd definitely recommend this laptop, especially at this price point.

It is very good. The price is reasonable for the item I purchased. The battery is excellent and lasts a long time. I bought a Lenovo Digital Pen 2, and it works well with it. I haven't encountered any overheating issues. I'm using this laptop for reading and browsing (Word, Power Point, Excel, PDF, Chrome and internet explorer). For the specifications i believe it is good for some games. I like using it as a tablet; it's easy and enjoyable. I recommend it.

Great computer for the price. The item was listed as refurbished. It is, but it is basically brand new. Also i t was factory refurbished by Lenova. Another thing on my specific computer is the OS is win11pro and i think it says win11home. Any free upgrade for me. Love the computer. cool color too!

Great little laptop! Good speed, great keyboard, nice and light for travel. One star taken away for speakers. Even at full volume, some tv shows and movies cannot be heard well. Best to connect to separate speakers through bluetooth, but that's an additional cost.

Truly love this laptop. Purchased it refurbished 6 months ago and I’ve had no issues. AirPlay makes a seamless connection to my Sonos speakers and Bluetooth for my portable Bose soundlink stereo pair. Backlight keyboard, cool to the touch and rarely feels warm at all. Battery life is great as well. The only issue is that I wished it was a bit more powerful but it’s perfect for daily use and flexibility with the flex and touch screen. Highly recommended. I broke down and sold my desktop setup because of how convenient the laptop has been for the past 6 months.

Underpowered given the specs. It’s light and maybe okay for casual use. Internet/MS Office.

I was sent a laptop with ransomware installed on it. As soon as I set up windows, window defender was throwing warnings that ransomware was detected. I took it into the store and geek squad verified that it was on the computer prior to me doing anything. I'm glad I caught it before I had logged into anything. This was negligent at best to send out a computer with this type of malware, and potentially an intentional malicious attempt.

Laptop arrived with corrupt files and unable to activate Windows. I love the laptop itself, but extremely upset that after spending so much money, I am having so many issues right to start with. While I would expect some cosmetic blemishes with a refurbished laptop, this one has some pretty big problems.

I came across this laptop in my quest to find a replacement for my MacBook Pro 2017, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Transitioning from the Mac ecosystem, I sought a device that mirrored the supremacy of the MacBook, including features like a fingerprint scanner, aluminum frame and a cutting-edge processor without breaking the bank. The Lenovo Flex 7 14" laptop, though labeled as refurbished (I swear it was only an open-box, it's brand new and missing the original box it came in - big whoop!), has been nothing short of fantastic. I can confidently say it's my favorite among all the laptops I've ever owned. I'm currently using it to write this review! The 14" screen is not only perfect, but the 2K resolution is truly impressive. While I wasn't initially familiar with the Lenovo Yoga series until after I purchased this laptop, I can easily imagine that the Flex 7 is just as top-notch. I find myself wondering why it's predominantly available as a refurbished unit. The limited literature about them on the internet has surprised me. All in all, I can't express enough how pleased I am with this laptop.

best buy sold me this pc without windows activated. I called several times and did remote sessions and they couldn't activate it. The technical service is very bad, they do not accept their errors and they do not offer you options to resolve. Now I have to pay for a Windows because they don't want to give me a new license.

I PURCHASED A LENOVO LAPTOP AND IT HAD THE WRONG OPERATING SYSTEM. THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX FOR OVER A MONTH. IVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO TECH SUPPORT. THEY WASTE MY TIME AND CANT FIX !?!? I WILL NEVER NEVER BUY ANY ITEM FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. CANT GET A REAL PERSON THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH TO HELP ME. SCREW BEST BUY!!!

I know Lenovo is a great product, rarely hearing any bad reviews. However, I bought a flex and it lasted about 15 months. Wouldn't charge, and lights wouldn't even come on and it was not fixable.

I took a dumb chance. Worked exactly 17 days. Best Buy Customer Service was horrendous. 2 different calls, 2 different answers. Please learn from my misfortune. Don’t do it! Do not buy from Best Buy, purchase from manufacturer! Best Buy will assist for exactly 15 days, then refer you to the manufacturer anyway, who will be happy to help, but happier had you purchased it direct. Never again Best Buy

Really good product for the price that is sold. The battery is one problem that i see, if you use some program without charging the battery, in 2 hours you will have to charge it...

Performs well. Graphics card isnt as bad as a lot of reviews I saw said. I managed to revert it from Windows 11 to Windows 10, which made it easier for me to use.

The laptop works good and look like new, with all the accessories, however, the brightness is low, so is not excellent for working outside with sun.
