NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible works only with Compatible a NVIDIA GeForce graphics card. This monitor also has AMD FreeSync Premium technology, through either 1 x HDMI 1.4 or 1 x DP 1.2 ports. AMD FreeSync Premium only can work with AMD Radeon series graphics card. Check you specific GPU for compatibility.
