Customer Service support has been an insane nightmare, both online and by phone!!! It takes forever to finally reach a real person! I have tried for days to resolve this problem, but nothing has worked out thus far!!!

The blue-light filter is my personal favorite, as it reduces it just right. I'm also a big fan of the various buttons in the bottom right-hand corner. This was my first ever actual monitor. My mom bought me this as a birthday gift. If you're son or daughter wants to get a monitor, this it a good solid choice for a first-time monitor user. 144 hz refresh rate, G-Sync capability, with DP, HDMI, and Audio ports all provide a beginner with the right foundations so they know what they want for future upgrades. Easily an A-Tier monitor overall.

This screen provides 100 Percent of the sRGB (72 Percent NTSC) color gamut for excellent color accuracy. This monitor has both NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible technology and AMD FreeSync Premium technology. It was only running at 60fps for about 6 months but thankfully Playstation released an update to fix some fps issues so it runs at 120fps now. I just wish it had a speaker. Highly recommend.
