Large hard drive, video is good, quad core A6 processor makes a good student computer. My daughter's last laptop got stressed on the hinges and the 'soft' plastic case busted, until the screen died. I tested hinges on a variety of lower end laptops and this was one of the most sturdy. We will see.

I needed a basic laptop that helps me get my work done. This laptop is meeting my needs and it didn't cost me a fortune.

I like my new computer but sometimes while editing photos it will just shutdown the picture file and go back to my main screen, very frustrating on that aspect but I use it for college and my photos and it seems to do fine otherwise.

It does everything I need it to do. I mainly use it to store music, photos and files. I also watch some streaming media on it. I'm very happy with the performance.

Great laptop for anyone wanting to surf the net, light enough to travel with and having a 1 TB Hard Drive is a bonus.

I was looking for a good laptop and by far this one is it.for the price you can't beat it, it's fast it's got a great keyboard CD/DVD for school it does the job.

This laptop is great for either doing school work or office work. It does good with games, but I would not recommend it for high resolution games like WOW.

As someone who wouldn't use a touch screen even if I had one I'm really pleased with this laptop. Only complaint I might have is the mouse buttons have to be clicked hard to get a response but I use a USB mouse 99% of the time so it's really not that huge of a deal. All in all. Happy!

Big screen, which is great for drawing in my case. Good processor, fast, and just a great computer in general. The only thing i have to complain about is the occasional faulty trackpad and keyboard, but it's not a persistent problem and probably isn't with every computer.

Pretty basic Windows 8 machine. Not much in the way of bells and whistles, but it does have a good size hard drive (1gig!) for a laptop in this price range. Happy with the purchase and purchase price!

I'm not sure if this review is reflective of the computer itself or if it's a Windows 8.1 issue, but I found the operating system to be lacking in speed and fluidity. There are too many awkward pauses in launching applications or simple tasks such as bringing up the control panel or Exiting out of a program. The pc seemed nice, but I'm not excited about it.

I had two sales people help me when looking at laptops. Both were very helpful in helping me decide which model to buy. When the first sales person could not answer all my questions he found someone who could. Very satisfied with the experience.

I haven't had it that long.. the 1st didn't even last a week.. and then screen was black the 2nd day I bought it.. but this one is ok so far

Overall I really like the laptop. I don't have any complaints except that I would prefer a brighter screen. I was used to my nova bright iPad screen and even at full wattage there is a certain dimness I just don't care for.
