Just received this yesterday. Returning tomorrow. It’s refurbished and says “Certified” but as soon as I got it and began to set it up, there was another users account already installed on it. Called Geek Squad who said it’s not their problem I need to contact Microsoft. After spending 30 minutes with Microsoft tech support they told me how to reset it back to factory settings, but the computer won’t stay on for more than 3-4 minutes at a time! It should not be randomly losing power and shutting itself off. Interesting is the Geek Squad tech signed off on it that everything was working!

I purchased this laptop march 7 2019 and been using it since. got it as an opened box said there were scratches there was none got it for a perfect price.
