It has many ways to configure and customize it for specific uses. I set this up inside my network to use as a secure DNS server and act as a DMZ to download and scan files used in my network. I was able to disable the lan/ bluetooth/wireless nic and I add a J5 cat6 network adapter. Lots of other optional capability. I can't say enough about the geek squad and tech membership. Thy go out of their way to help and advise me and could not have done it without them.

My grandson is playing. Minecraft. My old computer died so I bought this computer so my grandson could play games. Don't be fooled by the small size

Basic computers for basic tasks worked well enough

They’ve both been finicky but for different reasons. One is still functions pretty well, but sometimes randomly will not wake up, requiring it to be physically turned off and then rebooted. The other would wake up from sleep mode fine but would take a long time to load up from being turned on. They’re both about two years old. The second one recently died as its fans was nonfunctional and has been replaced. Someone had moved the desktop so the fan had poor ventilation for a period of days and so the fans death may have been caused by the user.

This was a return box and it works great so far. Greek squad checked it over and I purchased the additional plan which I have already used for additional service. Squad was great !!!

About the only thing that would be nice would be a cd drive. I bought an external cd/dvd drive and it works fine.

The ssd makes for fast boot-up and you can easily upgrade it with more storage. Performs well for general purpose use. Can do some light gaming, but that is not the purpose of this machine.

Computer Great - Customer Service a Zero

I really try to support my local store and I’m sad to see the customer service takes such a hit. I don’t know what is changed in being able to just call the store and talk to a human being or the manager when you have having an issue and I’m literally told I cannot speak to the manager from somebody in some of their country… Not OK especially when I go to all the trouble to bring home a computer that already has someone else’s name in it and what I had to go through just to get that taken care of in the middle of a very busy time was not something a store should strive for. My star really is a one I just didn’t want to take a hit on the computer because the computer seems to work very well once it was finally taken care of, which took a week and way over the top aggravation and phone calls.
