I bought two items: a Lenovo desktop and an LG PC monitor. I took both as hand luggage to Thailand. I'm very satisfied with the desktop, but when I opened the monitor, I got a bad surprise—it was damaged. This couldn’t have happened during transportation since I carried it as a carry-on. Now I'm stuck with a broken monitor.

I really like my new computer. It is quick and easy to use. I am retired but still appreciate keeping up with what's going on around the world, and this computer fills that need. I also appreciate the price of this computer as I am on a fixed income and need to account for every penny spent.

It works great for my needs, easy to use. I like the small size.

My Windows 10 Computer bot BSOD about a week before the expiration of support, so I decided to buy a new Windows 10 model. I went to online chat and told the agent about the Lenovo that I had seen online for $399. He knew exactly which model I was looking at, added it to my cart, and all I had to do was checkout and choose pickup or delivery. I chose pickup, because I hate to wait when I am in this type of situation. I loaded up my old computer and headed to Best Buy, picked up new computer and headed over to Geek Squad to have them transfer my data. They promised it would be ready in 2 days but it was actually ready in 1 day. All of the associates were very professional and courteous. The computer exceeds my performance expectations.

This desktop replaces my previous desktop which has lasted me over five years. Previous unit was also a Lenovo. With my past experience of the Lenovo brand, I decided to stay with Lenovo being that I had minimum problems with my previous unit. Memory was not a concern due to having other back up means from my old system, another plus is the small footprint that the new Lovano desktop takes up. Overall, I feel that I made the best choice and staying with Lenovo products which shall have served me well in the past.

I am glad that I purchased this computer. The Best buy guy tried to talk me into getting a more expensive computer, saying this one would be insufficient memory for me. I do facebook, entering information into a CRM for my job, watching YouTube videos, chatting on Facebook Messenger, sending emails, basic things like that. It is very fast, no delay at all. It also has good reviews. I would highly recommend you try this computer instead of spending a lot more money

I ordered this PC online from Lenovo and had it picked up a few days later at BestBuy in May 2025. The reason I did not have any second thought when I ordered the item was simply because I bought a Lenovo at Fry's Electronics way back some ten years ago and it stopped functioning properly by the time I decided to get a new one. In one word, the brand is reliable/dependable to me. But the fact it lasted around 10 years time is quite reasonable ! But then I made a mistake for not buying a protection plan offered by BestBuy because I relied on the one year warranty going with the machine. And today it's audio stopped working. I sent a message to Lenovo and within the hour a technician came online to help me resolve the issue with the remote accessing process. The technician did his best for some 45 minutes but the issue was not resolved. I asked him if I can take the machine to BestBuy for repair. He said I might because BestBuy partners with Lenovo in repair and other issues. But soon I received a FedEx Waybill for me to send the machine for repair in Houston TX ! Looks lie I'll have to take the machine to BestBuy for repair and foot the bill ! ( I fully understand that machines are not manufactured 100 % identical. There are parts in a PC and one of them might not last the entire life of the machine. All I can think of at this moment is when one buys some electronic gadget form BestBuy, better think about a protective plan. More money shelled out but one can avoid the prospect of having to send the item out of State and wait for it's return; not to mention extra charges if the manufacturer says the chharges are warranted.

Set up was easy. Very quiet operation. Very fast speeds

Bought this CPU to replace an older CPU, one that was going on to almost 9 years. After doing some research, and with the sale, we decided to give this unit a try. One cannot usually go wrong with a Lenovo. The U300 processor, of course, does not compare to an i3 or even a Ryzen. We figured for simple computing tasks, this should be better than a 9-year-old desktop. It was faster, but not by much. The memory also on new desktops are so low, it's ridiculous - yet prices are higher than before. It looks sleek and we love the smaller profile design of the desktop, but it just was not for us. Thank goodness for Best Buy return policies. We decided to return it and will try another model in the future.

It works as it should. I just don't like windows 11. I also don't like that they put most of the usbs on the back where they would be inconveinent to get to. I also wanted a dvd drive, but if it did have one it would probably be flimsy like the one in my present lenovo. I won't be using it regularly until Oct. 14. I recommend it for those that can't afford anything better, though I wish it was a little cheaper in price. This was the cheapest New pc I could find.

Want a computer that does all the basic functions well? This is it. I use it for bill paying, ordering products on-line along with checking and sending e mails. No problems or complaints. Great value at this price.

I retired my 9 year old HP desktop computer, which was getting gradually slower. I replaced it with a Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 Desktop. The difference between the two is remarkable. I should have retired the old HP computer years ago. The Lenovo was fairly inexpensive and meets all my requirements. Actually it exceeded my expectations.

Great pc affordable. Works out of box. Fast for my mom

Very pleased with the Lenovo Intel Processor. Great speed. The slim tower and grey color sits nicely under my desk.

I'm not tech savvy. Computer was easy to set up and works well for working remotely when needed. Very happy with its performance for personal use.

Worked straight out of the box. All patches and updates went smoothly. Drivers and apps installed smoothly. The customer was very satisfied with her upgraded tower, which replaced her old Best Buy tower. It was a win-win situation; everything plugged in, played, and updates went smoothly, as did registration. I would give it five stars or a thumbs-up, as it went better than past repairs, upgrades, or new equipment purchases. The sales staff really helped satisfy a 75-year-old Best Buy customer.

Only one review needed. The sales associate that helped me out knew her facts about the computer and addressed my questions without hesitation. Very confident, informative & professional. Computer operating smoothly thus far for its needed use for my 80 YO parents. The $400 gift card on their fixed salary would bless them for the future printer purchase.
