    Worked straight out of the box. All patches and updates went smoothly. Drivers and apps installed smoothly. The customer was very satisfied with her upgraded tower, which replaced her old Best Buy tower. It was a win-win situation; everything plugged in, played, and updates went smoothly, as did registration. I would give it five stars or a thumbs-up, as it went better than past repairs, upgrades, or new equipment purchases. The sales staff really helped satisfy a 75-year-old Best Buy customer.

    Only one review needed. The sales associate that helped me out knew her facts about the computer and addressed my questions without hesitation. Very confident, informative & professional. Computer operating smoothly thus far for its needed use for my 80 YO parents. The $400 gift card on their fixed salary would bless them for the future printer purchase.

    Had the original for a couple of years with some type of power source “possession “ LOL. I needed a computer asap so I bought another one and getting the power source fixed. The first one had a power outlet source like a laptop, the new does not.

    Bought this as a gift for someone to do basic tasks (pay bills, word/spreadsheet usage, ect), they love it and it is a huge upgrade from a computer they had from 2008. Much faster and smaller for their needs
