    My husband uses this computer to do his genealogy and wanted something that would be quick and trouble free. He also uses it to watch a movie and says the player has been just fine. Installation was easy and no problems have been noted thus far.

    I bought this on sale for work. It is my 2nd Lenovo. I prefer them over previous HPs because of lack of bloatware. Would recommend.

    This machine was on a special when we purchased it. The A9 processor allows for document editing, browsing, and several other tasks simultaneously. We have not run into any speed or resource issues while using this computer.

    I use this desktop computer as a backup for my important files. It is perfect for my needs. It actually is small and light enough to fit on a bookshelf. I use the keyboard that came with the computer but use a wireless mouse, it's a personal convenience for my use and needs. This is a great little desktop and very functional for my needs.

    Lenovo makes great products period a bit of trivia, Lenovo was actually the company that made all of IBM's mobile products until IBM sold the business to them. Okay, back to the review. This is another good smaller form-factor desktop for those areas in your home or office where you need to slide a computer between a desk and a wall. The AMD version is less expensive than the Intel version and still does the job. Lenovo's build quality is good you can't go wrong with their PCS.

    Old computer was 8 years old; had upgraded RAM and graphics card a couple of times but processor was now maxed out. Don't need all the bells and whistles, but now internet pages don't take forever to download

    Got this on clearance so paid less. It's not very fast and would be frustrating to use for surfing but I bought it for my younger kids to do school assignments on and it works perfectly for that purpose.

      The Lenovo IdeaCentre 310s desktop ships with the Dual-Core AMD A9-9430 processor, supported by 4GB of DDR4-2400MHz RAM. This processor has a base speed of 3.2GHz and a boost speed of up to 3.5GHz. This is a mid-level, moderate use configuration. It is good with Microsoft Office type programs, internet browsing and other moderate work. If you are experiencing slower speeds, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

    I bought this computer for my grandparents who usually only use PCs to check their email and light internet surfing. This one was a low cost solution that offered reasonable specs to get what they needed done. I could have gone higher end but then we'd just be paying for things we didn't need, so I was very pleased and confident with this selection.
