Set-up was more complicated than I would have liked, but finally have everything working. Still getting used to Windows 10. One other thing is there are only two USB ports on the back of the PC box which get used up with the keyboard and mouse, so have to use one of the USB ports on the front of the box (not convenient) for the printer.

The computer has work great ever since i bought it. never once have i had a slow down

Hey, this deal was on sale, very inexpensive, perfect to use for what I needed–an online cycling game/workout–but after a couple few uses it started powering down all by itself, then it wouldn't power back up, at all. Returned it to Best Buy and the staff was awesome and got me another unit from a different store right quick. No problems with the new unit. For five-hundo, you get a farmer's grip of memory.

It took me having someone show me how to activate a few features of the device. System needs an owner's manual included with the purchase. People who aren't computer smart, need to get tutoring from a pro.

Bought this to run the elgato hd60s with. I don’t care for Windows as I’m a Mac person but Windows 10 has reverted back to the classic-ish start menu of the past which I like better than the way 8 was set up. Out of the box this tower is packed with everything you need to run your most common applications, including video editing software, and does power the elgato and run it’s software flawlessly to record from Xbox. Not a big pc gamer so I can’t attest how well it runs demanding games but I’d bet it would suffice for most based on its specs.

I have been very impressed with the performance of this desktop. It is great for multi-tasking and light gaming. I knocked off one star solely because of the unnecessary pre-loaded software that comes with the device. I've been able to uninstall/remove all of if it, but it's an annoyance none the less to have to "clean up" your brand new desktop. Aside from that issue - and it's a relatively minor one - this is a solid desktop that I would highly recommend!

This is by far a great computer. I use it for personal, gaming, and work. Easy to set up have many great features, and it's a great price.

This is one of the best computers. It is fast as Windows 10 has a big enough hard drive to store all your music. Has great memory and speed.

This computer was a cheaper replacement for a healthcare building and works great for what it does.

This Lenovo I have owed the hardware specs and comparable to an based system. It runs window ten well. My only knock is the computer case. It could be a better design or feel more durable.

I was unsure about the memory card. The staff advised me to purchase an SSD card instead of using the one that came with the computer, so it's less likely to crash. It's working fine.

I now have plenty of memory and the speed is fantastic. It is about half the size of the older tower and is a lot easier to manage.

Chose this computer on the advice of the store associate and am very happy that we did. The only complaint is that this model needs to have more USB ports in the back of the tower to hook up printer, webcam, etc. There are extra ports in front but personally I would rather have them in the back. Now I've learned that there's another model that does have more USB ports in back, if I had noticed that I just would have bought the other model. That was my mistake. Other than that it is a great computer and I recommend it

Price to performance found this desktop to be a great fit for office apps & internet browsing.

The first one lasted 9 days and quit working. Exchanged for another one. That one lasted 57 days and quit working. Best Buy was great and had Geek Squad look at it who updated the BIOS. Hopefully that does it. Only other complaint is that there should be two more USB ports in the back (it only has 2). Size of the unit is great.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. Easy to set up and use and doesn't take up too much space.

Its a good everyday computer. Easy to use. Decent speed for the price.

Fast and quiet computer, just what I wanted, but Windows 10 has a lot of hidden features that you have to turn on.

More compact and all we wanted. We don't do gaming on this computer, but instead photoshopping. It's nice and fast!
