No problems from the very beginning including the hook up and use of the various peripherals that I had from my previous computer.The assistance I received from The Geek Squad was professional, courteous, And highly effective. Definitely would recommend them for anything needed in assistance with getting your new computer up and running.

My previous desktop was old, it was running vista which was upgraded to windows 7. I don't like change very well so having to go to windows 10 was rather shocking for me. I am pleased with the speed and ease. The nice part is that it was fairly simple. I have a lot of learning to go because I am definitely not a computer nerd.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

I did get discounts with my computer. Not being the most computer saavy person, I did take it back for some minor issues which were resolved. I can honestly say everything is working great - my computer is really fast and I am 100% happy with it. Everything is working the way I want it to.

I have had other brands and they all died one way or another in short order. This one seems to be built well, though would probably perform faster with a SSD. I like the fact that it has a serial port on the back as I previously had to use adapters from serial to USB as I do transceiver programming and control. All in all, I am glad I bought this.

Nonetheless, now I am catching on with the changes from Windows 7 to Windows 10, all seems to be going well. Received excellent set-up assistance from my Best Buy Geek Squad technician, Jason.

The ease in moving files to this unit was very easy due to the back up files I had made and the ease in handling the 150+ emails I receive daily by analyzing them and attaching them to emails I send out to my email list is with ease. Documents and videos is easy to file and play.
