Withholding my final judgment.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had it a short time. I don't think I have everything set correctly, so I am giving the computer the benefit of the doubt. I think it is slow and at times hesitates. It could be me.

Posted .We are sorry to hear you had an issue with your lenovo IdeaCentre 520-24 All-In-One system. Since the device worked for the initial activation period, there may be incompatible software installed. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Awesome All-In-One
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We needed a desktop computer for our family at home. We already owned laptops but wanted something with a bigger screen and without a bulky tower. We searched for weeks and finally decided to purchase this Lenova. We did a ton of research before and this seemed liked the best overall purchase, and Im here to tell you it is. If you wanted it for general computer stop (i.e not gaming) You will not be disappointed. It will do some steam gamaes but its not set up for it.

A solid computer for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After doing a lot of research and looking over the reviews here at Best Buy, I chose this one at the store even though it wasn't on my list of choices. It did NOT come with a wireless mouse and keyboard but that didn't factor into my decision. My brother has had a Lenovo for years and still uses his laptop so that helped in my decision. I had been looking for a new desktop but didn't want to get 'a box' as my brother put it and then have to get the other parts. I wanted one that saved desk space and was easy to use with a touchscreen. After getting it home, I unpacked it and went through the setup process with Cortana (very easy to do). Set up was simple and I didn't add or transfer or download ANYTHING until I had installed whatever updates the computer needed. Only then did I install programs, transfer files etc. I did this manually because it was easier for me to do it that way. I didn't care for the wired mouse that came with it so I use a Bluetooth mouse. The keyboard, although wired is okay, but I plan to get a wireless one of those later on. I find it very fast, startup was about 5-10 seconds which compared to past computers (as well as my laptop) is VERY fast. After having several programs and tabs open at the same time never paying attention to how many were open either, there was NO lag at all with any of them when I switched back and forth. The touchscreen is wonderful but takes a bit getting used to on such a large monitor. Connecting it to another monitor was also simple. I tried the CD/DVD-ROM drive with both a music CD and an old game (solitaire) and both worked fine. The placement is a little strange but with it being an All-in-One makes sense. I have yet to try some much older games and will have to test other CDs programs to see whether they will work. Since I use the computer for mainly the Internet as well as genealogy research I have found it to definitely be worth the price. All in all I have no negatives or complaints about this computer after having used it for the past five days. It is a solid well built computer that handles all of my needs and makes me wish I had gotten an All-in-One before I purchased my laptop three years ago.

Happy With My New AIO From Lenovo!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loving this computer after having an HP AIO that had a lot of fan noise! The Lenovo is very quiet!! Looking to upgrade the RAM and HDD though with an SSD. The keyboard and mouse are average but you can always upgrade them if desired. I understand this model is user upgradeable. If so, do you know how I can upgrade it? Is their information on the Lenovo website where I can get that info? Overall, I'm loving this AIO!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre 520-24 All-In-One system. You are correct, the RAM and hard drive are user upgradable within this model, but we recommend if you are not sure of what you are doing, to consider having a certified technician, like the Geek Squad, do the work for you. Here is a link to the User's Manual for this model which will help you decide if you want to do the work yourself or have the Geek Squad do it for you:  https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/desktop_pub/ideacentre_520-22-24_hmm_20180614.pdf

Nice design doesn’t work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PC came out of the box and was working fine. The next day something is wrong with the keyboard. Numbers work, letters don’t. It seems it was a password issue? Third day, nothing turns on. It may be that I’m changing from a Mac but it’s not really as intuitive as it should be. No screen power buttons. Keyboard doesn’t work. Finding phone number for Lenovo customer service is more cumbersome than returning it. I’m taking it back.
