I purchased the Lenovo and have been so amazed at the quality of the equipment. I was quite a few years back in software and was nervous about the ease of use. There have been few problems and the screen is so vivid, the desktop is not crowded, and I'm sorry I waited so long to make the move. Best Buy staff was outstanding in helping me make choice.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Bought for 90yr old Parents

Good computer, but REALLY glad we also got the geek squad set up and year of home visits. It has had a few issues, but the Geek Squad rep has been outstanding working with them to fix any problems. One month in, the only issue is converting old files to new windows 10. I will do another review after 6 months.

I have found the RAM is easily filled, whether it be that it only has 8 GBs or that a lot of applications are not fully optimized. The machine has crashed a few times as it becomes bogged down with programs. There also appear to be issues with Windows 10 for Disk usage. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are nice, although the quality of the materials is rather low. Good screen, fine design, okay speakers. Overall, if you need a desktop and don't care about OS, get a Mac. If you want Windows, just don't get this one.
