      We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the wireless mouse that ships with the Lenovo IdeaCentre 520-24 All-In-One system. First, be sure the on/off switch on the bottom of the mouse is set to on. Second be sure the included battery for the mouse is installed correctly - Check the positive/negative terminals, be sure the battery is properly installed. Also, be sure the battery compartment liner is not blocking either the positive or negative terminals within the mouse battery compartment. If the issue continues, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
