I am very satisfied with my Lenovo computer. It is fast & very easy to use.

My new Lenovo tower is everything I was hoping for and expecting after reading the reviews and doing some comparison shopping. I included two photos revealing the somewhat hidden disc slot.

This is what I need for my future home business . I only have one thing problem there’s no built in audio sound . I order speaker on line and extender device and it works. He

Excellent product! Love the slim design, and it’s so quiet and fast! Came with a new keyboard and mouse. Definitely recommend this computer.

Good PC. Does what I need my family needs it do do. Runs quietly, good amount of internal storage. Lacking in the ports department IMO, and the design prevents the usage of the CD drive when using any of the USB ports on the front of the system.

This review is both about the product and bestbuy. Purchased open box excellent which according to bestbuy website the product should show no signs of wear, have all accessories and have some sort of packaging. Only bestbuy that had one in stock was the other side of town so I bought online for curbside pickup. After finally getting to the store imagine my surprise when the guy brought out just a tower under his arm no packaging missing all accessories including power cable, mouse and keyboard which is included with this model computer. After taking the tower back inside the store and getting the run around I Was left with 2 options return it wait 3 days for a refund or pay more for a power cable mouse and keyboard which is what I did I haven't even gotten to the actual condition or the computer scratched dinged and dirty. Bestbuy open box is a scam I would hate to see what the fair condition item looks like

Great performance. Comes with Windows 11. That's been an issue, because I'm not familiar with that. But I will say the response is great when you turn it on and the screen pops up almost instantaneously which is a huge difference from my old slow Windows 10 machine. I tested the optical drive and it seems to work. I've got it hooked up to a different keyboard and mouse than they ship with the unit but everything seems copacetic

The computer purchased from the Margate, Florida store was exciting, and I changed from a Hewitt Packer to a Dell computer. It's light weight and to navigate through the programs was easy. It is very different from using a HP product. I love the color which is Mineral Grey. It was delivered to my home in a timely manner. The computer arrived packed in a professional manner. It was easy to unpack and connect to the internet, screen and my printer. I enjoy my new fabulous Lenovo IdeaCentre 5i Desktop, Intel Core i3, 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Mineral Grey. I am enjoying my new Della Mineral Grey desktop computer. I love the Dell desktop that I purchased another Dell product which is a Dell laptop. I am telling all of my friends and family members about my new beautiful light weight Dell Laptop computer. One of my family members was considering purchasing a brand-new computer and I bragged about the Dell product. Guess what, she ended up purchasing a brand- new desktop computer. I will continue to share my experiences with my new Dell computers. I am in love with the color Mineral Grey. It matches nicely with the furniture in my office. I am enjoying my brand-new toy!

This pc has been great. My son at 12 had it for 2yrs. Now he is a teen and wants an upgrade but its still working just fine.

Reviewing this purchase after a year of flawless operation. I'm very happy with my Lenovo IdeaCentre 5i Desktop. Plenty of memory and quick response for everything I need it to do, I specifically chose this model for the CD/DVD feature as it seems to be hard to find these days.

Bought this computer for my daughter to do school work, play games like Minecraft and such. Has worked perfectly for what she uses it for and has run flawlessly for a year and a half

This Lenovo works great. Easily setup and is running Windows 11. Pages load quickly without any problems. Great home PC. it also has a small footprint.

The computer is very nice but I had problems with my set-up and my monitor connection. It turned out to be a problem with my recent monitor purchase. I called the Geek Squad and they don't seem to know much but want your money. The Geek Squad's solution was to possibly run the risk of blowing up the computer. Needless to say, that conversation didn’t do well. I ended up calling a very nice woman in the Phillipines who solved the problem over the phone, by me pressing the start button was 40 seconds with it unplugged. She also registered and warrantied my computer by phone. They also offer help/protection plans for 75% less. Call the manufacturer. Good product though.

nice little desktop for a small office . needed it for one of our customer service reps . upgraded to win pro and everything was ok

Good computer, no issues on startup and definitely an upgrade in speed loading compared to previojs computer. Use for easy web surfing, no issues.

This one had a lot of problems, I needed to bring to bestbuy fix many time, problems with motherboard, audio. Then I return it.

So far so good. Speed, It's not bulky. Such a great buy
