Keyboard died after 6 months

Rebooted 3 times before guessing it was the keyboard. Tried switching ports - didn't help. Finally plugged in the greasy 10-year-old one. They want me to pay for shipping to get it refurbished - so that it can conk out right after the warranty is up. Or just replace it with a $12 keyboard that lasts 'only' 5 years.

No issues out of the box. Just update all software and you are good to go.

CD Player sliding door

I cannot believe the Engineer that designed this Desktop. I didn't realize that the door to get to the CD Player doesn't open like a door, it slides from left to right, In order to use the CD Player you need to unplug the sound cable, and 2 USB ports AKA keyboard and mouse? Are you kidding me? And there is no way to get around it.

Optic drive there,but weird

As for drive access, the sliding door is intended for discs to be inserted in and out with ease, and the front USB ports to be protected from dust and other particles when not in use with this sliding door.
