Computer kept freezing and had to us power button to turn off and on to get it back going. Also poorly designed. Have to unplug items from the front to get to disc drive.

I like the fact that once i wake it up it's ready to go immediately! Unlike my old computer. If I was going to use it I had to wake it up and come back 30 minutes later. I love also being able to multi task on this computer. I missed working with my spreadsheets on double windows!

I really like Lenovo. I thought the price was high but we were at Best Buy and should expect higher prices. I kept the keyboard because I did need a new keyboard. It's so smooth. All the keys work including the arrows. Hubby needed a new computer so he got this one.

It either doesn’t have as many features are most computers, or they are hard to find. Difficult to set up. The labeling on the cardboard box doesn’t give a specific ID number, so searching on line for set up this particular Lenovo was difficult. Setup time is needlessly prolonged unless one agrees to MacAfee virus protector. On the plus side it doesn’t have the huge amount of bloatware my last HP had. Compared to setting up an Apple desktop -that came with clear instructions, intuitive response keys, and in person phone support - it is a flop. However it’s harder to run my PC software on an Apple. Unfortunately, I understand now that most people’s printers and software won’t run on the updated Windows. So now, I am wondering why I bought the thing.
