Can't use two monitors on this garbage

The put a video card that can support only two monitors on a run through a display port splitter....and the stupid thing has ZERO display port plugs. So I guess you can buy this and then pay extra money to get something done. Can't wait to wipe this useless piece of trash and bring it back to BestBuy to get my money back.

Brand response from Lenovo Product Expert

This system has the AMD Radeon R5 340 graphics card, which comes with one HDMI port and one VGA port for connecting up to two monitors to this device. There is no DisplayPort on this configuration.

It runs well...but there's one major oversight.

It's fast. It's nice. But if you want something that can do virtualization (Virtualbox, Hyper-V, VMWare...you'll have to look elsewhere. The AMD Ryzen 5 1400 in this thing is perfectly capable of doing virtualization via AMD-V. Despite this, Lenovo decided not to include activation of that capability anywhere in their UEFI firmware for the AMD version of this PC. Yet it is apparently available in the Intel version. I'm seriously angry with this oversight considering the simplicity with which it could be implemented. I will update this review to reflect if that feature is added to the firmware or some alternative means of properly implementing this feature is revealed.

Very poor computer- Poor return policy at Best Buy

Purchased the Ideacentre 720 18asu in December of 2017, within a month it had disk errors. The computer would not identify the operating system . Tried to take it back to Best Buy, but they stuck to there 2 week return policy. I have purchased many items from Best Buy, I will not purchase anything again. Customer service is very important to me. I want to know that if I have a problem, the store that sold me the item will stand behind there product. Called Lenovo tech support, they wanted me to ship them my computer to the repair facility at my expense. The support staff was helpful, but you will speak to a operator from a different country. Keep in mind that if you purchase a item from Best Buy and you have no problems, you were lucky. If you need service on a item, Best Buy is not going to deal with you after there return policy date had ended or you need to buy at additional cost the Geek Squad.
