It's a little slower than I would like but that could be due to our internet provider!. Overall it's a good computer.

It fits nicely on a desk and the touch screen feature is nice. I would recommend buying more RAM as this computer doesn’t have that much.

First it not easy to use windows 10 if you n3ver used it,but with this pc it is very easy to used because the week square set it up for me to use. This pc cost about half what I paid for my last all in one pc,and we are really happy with it. I will my family and friends that if you need a new pc to buy this one.

Takes forever to turn on or wake up from sleep!

Unfortunately, it is so SLOW to turn on after use or to wake up from sleep. If you don't mind waiting 5-15 minutes to for it to wake up so you can use it, then go ahead and purchase it. Otherwise you end of sitting and waiting forever until it is functional. And yes, I tried to get rid of all the bloatware that was on the machine and it still takes forever for it to work. I am so disappointed in Best Buy and this purchase. It is slower than the 10 year old computer that I replaced. I do like that it takes up so little space, but that also means I can't upgrade the memory. I would not recommend that anyone purchase this computer.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with boot up of your Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system. This system will boot from off to the Windows 10 desktop in less than 40-seconds. If you are experiencing slower boot up, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686

So my mother could watch tv, view the internet from her bed. So far its great. She very rarely turns it of, the monitor can tilt alot for the mounting it has. very useful to someone bedridden. its easy to use, enough slots for the mission I have for it. This will never be a gaming maching..but to view movies from a thumbdrive, Netflix etc. Its great. Its easy to clean, move around and not that heavy, perfect to set up on the H table for moms bed. I would buy this again, the last Lenovo mom ran for almost 5 yrs continually before it gave up the ghost and died. well worth the 5 6 bucks a month cost I paid for it. I plan on buying this same model when the one I have dies. Also the keyboard will fit perfectly on the stand freeing up room on the table.

I purchase this computer so that could work from home. big mistake. it takes up to 20 minute to boot up and accessing data takes forever. needless to say I can never work form home, the computer is just sitting on on desk taking up space. I was not educated about the spec when I purchases this computer. disappointed so say the least.
