I've had great luck with Lenovo, I have a Lenovo Ryzen 5 laptop I love. This PC has met and exceeded all expectations...she is extremely happy with it and loves the touchscreen. Set up was easy and she was good to go in about 15 minutes.

We are both very pleased. The design is very nice and it does not take much space ( you can literally set it up on your side table) It has beautiful picture, it's fast and its more than enough for every day use. I would highly recommend this product.

At 81 years old I suspect that can be forgiven. My previous computer was not touch screen and while I really don't seem to be using that feature I suspect it's because we all tend to be creatures of habit.

Came with an Office trial which I was able to upgrade. There's a shutter to close the webcam. Speaker are not bad. The computer is fast. I installed a PDF editor and Google Chrome and it's still fast. It is a touch screen. Wireless mouse and keyboard are included. I deleted unnecessary app for more storage. Very affordable. I was able to use reward points toward this purchase and saved $50 on top of the sales price. I have not tried wireless printing yet. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Originally we had to connect her Chromebook to a second monitor and it was a struggle for her. This year we decided to get something better, and we came across this at Best Buy. Super affordable, so I said why not. Haven't regretted it for a second! She is able to make all of her windows as large as she needs to, and with it being touchscreen, the ease of expanding and minimizing windows and fonts are a breeze. She can also have it read everything out loud, easy for her to login, and is able to tilt her screen so its easier for her to see. It really is an amazing product! I would recommend this to anyone!

Capable, reliable, but SLOW AS A SLOTH!

I know this is a "budget" mid range all-in-one, but the fact the boot up time on this is well over a minute (and then the start up processes lag it for a minute or two after that, and anything you open will need several moments to figure out how to do its intended functions). It can handle a lot, and never crashes, but that is probably because it takes its sweet time to do ANYTHING. Using this computer is reliable, but in that "watching paint dry" kind of way. I am going to be repurposing this thing to the kitchen, to be an alternative to one of those kitchen "hubs" and to help me with cooking/recipes. If it weren't for that second-chance in its life, I would probably be taking this thing to a big field and going Office Space hate crime on it.

The slick design of the stand doesn't take up much room. The screen colors are bright. The setup is slightly different from my other computer that this one is replacing, but I am pleased with it. The price wasn't outrageous.
