It is our first experience of an all in one and it has delivered. It’s pretty fast, easy to use, great screen clarity, and it doesn’t take up much space. I like the touch screen display, 1T hard drive and attached dvd rom drive. I don’t use a computer much so super fast speed isn’t an issue but it’s still much faster than anything else I have ever had. I definitely would recommend.

I liked the size and design of the computer. It is of good speed and can handle everything I’ve thrown at it so far. My only issue is the constant hum coming from the computer even when in sleep mode. It’s so distracting that I shut the computer off when not in use.

There should be no sound coming from the IdeaCentre A340-22 AIO when it is in sleep mode. First, be sure the computer is actually in Sleep Mode and there are no background processes running. Here is a link to instructions for setting up Sleep Mode properly on your Windows 10 computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/shut-down-sleep-or-hibernate-your-pc-2941d165-7d0a-a5e8-c5ad-8c972e8e6eff. If you have set up Sleep Mode properly on your IdeaCentre A340-22 AIO, but the hum noise continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

Ethernet needed

I feel it should have been mentioned that it would be a good idea to purchase one at time I purchased my computer, but I love my computer

This model ships with 5G, 802.11ac frequency WiFi built in and is also backward compatible with older b/g/n frequency WiFi. This WiFi should find and connect to your home WiFi signal during the initial activation and setup of Windows 10. No ethernet cable should be necessary. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your initial WiFi connection. Restarting your WiFi router sometimes helps with the initial connection of a new device such as the IdeaCentre A340-22 AIO.

I researched different brands. After reading the reviews on this computer, went with this one. Setup is easy, the computer talks you through it. Easy to use, small footprint on desktop. Speakers are great. This is our first All in one computer. No tower, not many cords as the keyboard and mouse are wireless, and speakers are built in to computer. The only cord is the power cord.

Great computer

If the set up would have been explained better it would be 5 star all the way. There are no instructions just some pictures that are not clear. It turned out I needed the part to make the mouse and keyboard communicate with the computer. It is shipped inside of the mouse. Once I found that it took minutes. Finding it took hours. Trying to call Lenovo customer service. Best Buy customer service to no avail. This was however during the pandemic so possibly it’s easier to get help other times. I would recommend this computer but I do wish they would include some instructions.

We are sorry to hear that there was confusion about how to connect the wireless keyboard and mouse to the computer., but we are pleased to hear that the IdeaCentre a340-22 AIO is working out so well for you. Batteries are included for the wireless keyboard and mouse, so when the batteries are installed into the mouse, the USB WiFi receiver is clearly displayed within the mouse battery compartment.

The start up has been a bit long. The screen is very clear and good color. I do like that the keyboard and the mouse are wireless.
