I initially had a different all-in-one in mind, but the price was over $300 higher with fewer features. I have never owned a Lenovo before, but the young man at the store explained that Lenovo is IBM, and since my very first laptop back in the early 90's was an IBM Thinkpad I thought I can't go wrong with a Lenovo. I love the 27" screen, which is 3" more than my previous HP all-in-one, which was nearing the end of its life. I love how easy the setup was, actually I turned it on and it did most everything itself without any problems. I fine tuned some personal settings, that was it. Since I have a Microsoft and Office account there was no problem getting all my Office programs to work. I just signed in and everything looked just like on the old computer. I do not use the Edge Internet browser, so that took a few clicks to convince the computer that I would not use Edge but my familiar browser. I am happy to finally have a computer that is not preloaded with a lot of useless programs, there is Windows and a preinstalled version of McAfee, I do not use that antivirus program either, but it was just one click and it was gone. So altogether everything went very smooth and fast, the computer found my printer immediately as well, and until this moment I had it all done via wi-fi. I finally plugged in my Ethernet cable, and to my surprise there seemed to be a slight decrease in online speed, I will keep an eye on that. I was able to install a very old Microsoft program that hardly works on any of the newer Windows computer. Does anyone remember MS Money 99? Although I have a newer banking program, I still love to use Money 99 since all my real old banking records are done in Money 99. I have no use for that funny looking piece of plastic that is supposed to be attached to the stand in the back for cable organizing, there are no cables, and the power cord is on the other side and would not go through there anyways, but ok, they needed to make something silly. I love the charging pad for my phone, you need to find the right spot, but once you get the hang of it, it works just fine and eliminates another charging cable and therefore keeps the desk neat. The SSD capacity with 256GB is plenty for me, as I do not save any personal files on any of my computers, and I no longer use external hard drives either, with my MS Office subscription I have plenty cloud space included. So far I have noticed only one not so good thing, and that is the keyboard, and I will replace that as soon as I get a chance to get to the store. While I love the fact that the keyboard does not need batteries but can be recharged via USB cable (included), it is otherwise tiny and has no feet to elevate the top. The mouse runs on a AA battery. Remember to turn both on (the buttons are tiny as well) and don't forget to remove that little dangle from the mouse battery compartment and plug it in the back in one of the USB slots, otherwise keyboard and mouse won't work.

I'm in love with my desktop. Loads up very fast. I can have multiple tabs open as well as discord and spotify. I can play minecraft with ease, and the sims 4, but the fan does turn on. The only problem I have is sometimes when my desktop sleeps, it won't turn on again no matter what I do. I always have to pull the plug. Other than that it's great!

Love the big touch screen. Lots of memory and pretty fast. Original keyboard was very nice looking and had a great touch but it wouldn't work most of the time, so it had to be replaced. I do like the dongle setup for the keyboard - nice to have no wires ad a fast keyboard to screen response.

Great PC with built in charging station and touch screen feature. Had to return it only because it did not have enough USB ports. This desktop only has 2 so if you are going to use it at home with mostly wireless devices and do not need to plug in too much by USB, this is a great product.

Great device I used to run a small business and it met all my needs

I bought this computer to upgrade from my laptop so I could create design projects faster. I primarily use InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I can have all three open at the same time plus Spotify and the internet for research without the computer speed slowing down too much. I love having the larger monitor!

This computer is everything we wanted! It’s screen is huge. Its processing speed is sufficient for my husband, who works from home and has to have multiple browser tabs and applications open at the same time. The charging station on the base is a very nice touch. All In all we are very satisfied from the speed to the price!

Excellent all in one PC for my home office. My previous one that is still working is also a Lenovo all in one but it’s outdated and gotten slower over time & apparently can’t upgrade to Windows 11. This has a beautiful giant screen, easy set up, & quick starts. I highly recommend Lenovo computers

Bought this for the grandson. He loves it! He says it looks cool! The monitor is clear. Speed is good. It doesn't take up much space on his little desk so he still has room for school books. The phone charger comes in handy! Its a nice little computer! I just wish he would spend more time on it doing homework than playing video games-lol.

We are very pleased with this computer. The touch screen is excellent—& of course we also use the mouse. It is very fast. The salesperson was very knowledgeable & helped us choose the right PC for us. The Geek Squad did a great job in downloading our existing software & files—and installing it at our home.

The Lenovo computer is adequate for our needs. The large screen allows for easy reading which we both like. I guess the one problem have is using the camera. My husband had a doctor's appointment today and he was unable to get the camera to work.

Unfortunately, I got an open box which is not worked so long. However, the customer assistance in Best Buy was absolutely helpful. I got exchange for the same, but smaller screen size. Which is the only one in stock at the time. I love both, they are very high-quality computers.

The design is amazing. The computer itself is really well put together. Really impressed and inlove with this computer. One day I'll be able to afford something with a higher processor but this does what I need. Really great range computer and it will last a few years to come.

Love this! Screen is huge and I have been using for a few months now with no complaints. Love the slim line style and size and the camera thing at the top that you can open and close as needed for zoom/video needs.

Love this computer. It was extremely easy to transfer data from my old computer to this one. Having the "charging station" has been a really nice feature to keep my phone charged. Doesn't have enough USB slots, of course, but have solved that with adapters.

The one complaint is, waking the cpu up from 'deep sleep' (or whatever) is very frustrating. I find myself forcing a shutdown and restarting that way. I will begin shutting down at the end of each day properly. All the positive notes: The keyboard wireless battery life is fantastic. It was over a month before I needed to charge it again. The wireless mouse has a nice range and can be used on colored surfaces and textures, The built-in phone charger is a FANTASTIC idea. If only it charged the keyboard also, I would be over the moon. The size of the screen is a wonderful entity in itself. I'm still trying to get it to adapt to me. 3-D Paint Program welcomes you into a world you didn't except. It's easy to use and understand. The available templates are relatable and useful.
