The only other complaint is if I bumped the computer in the slightest way the monitor turns off, even though I have doubled checked the connections. Sometimes the computer freezes, I haven't figured out why yet. My other desktop sitting next to it never freezes. I love the big screen and the vivid color.

Posted .Hi Lesley, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Lenovo Ideacentre A540 freezing. It is possible that updating the system software, BIOS, and device drivers will fix this issue. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

The biggest issue as to why i had to buy it in the first place. When it goes into sleep mode the only way that i can wake it up is to unplug it. Which on my other all-in-one, unplugging it multiple times can mess up your motherboard. Which I had to have replaced in my other all-in-one. This is very annoying being that I haven't even had this computer 2 months yet.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues setting up your Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-27 All-In-One system to wake from Sleep Mode with the keyboard or mouse. To setup the keyboard and mouse to wake the computer from Sleep Mode, right-click on the Start Button to open the Power User menu. ... Click OK, and your keyboard should now wake your PC from sleep. Repeat these steps for the Mice and other pointing devices category if you'd like your mouse to wake your computer as well. 2nd Lenovo with some isssue

This pc has a large screen to where I can have multiple windows open and not lose much space. The streaming capabilities were great for my classes and videos. You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. a "Mack alternative"

This specific model had only 256GB of hard drive and my mom wanted a 512 GB. I still think it is a cool computer but I can not comment on the functionalities as we did not use it.
