Lenovo all in one computer - keyboard not working!

The keyboard was not working... specifically the volume keys. I wanted to return the keyboard only and get a new one, but they could not do it without returning the whole computer. I had to buy a new keyboard, but it is a Best Buy brand, not the original Lenovo brand. Very unhappy!
