I called Lenovo since it was still under warranty. They told me I could ship the system to their repair depot in Houston and I would get it back within 30 days. Totally unacceptable! I asked if they could send someone to repair it at my home or if they could supply me with a loaner until it was fixed, but they said that wasn't covered under the warranty. I make my living with the computer and their solution was totally unacceptable. The warranty is USELESS!

The camera is NOT compatible with Windows Hello Facial Recognition. This means you can not use the Windows 11 facial recognition security feature. It will not work. Lenovo was adamant that they could not and would not help correct this issue, despite the fact the specifications never explain this.

The tech support specialist that assessed my computer over the phone, instructed me to return the mouse and keyboard to the store, in which I bought it at; and then the clerk at the counter told me I have to bring the whole all in one computer system back in to the store. A lot of trouble to buy something that doesn’t work.

Careful with “like new” claims on refurbished item

Had to take it in for screen issues as soon as I unboxed it. Something to do with the “digitation.” I have touch screen circles on the screen when I’m not touching the screen. Luckily I bought the geek squad protection. Will see if they get it fixed. If they do, I would easily change this to a 4-star review

I send the computer to Lenovo, for repairs and parts were not available. I will have to wait approximately over a month, before I receive it back

It is hard to understand why Lenovo wouldn't install a compatible camera. Are they just too cheap? Best Buy Geek Squad had told me Microsoft would release an update to solve the issue but it wasn't true.

In less than 10 days the price dropped juat shy of $300. I was denied the credit. 2. The new setup was not completed as requested and it became a 7 days night 4 hour nightware.
