Lag time is so slow. Hard to upload photos. I would rate this 1 star but I've been able to use it albeit very slow. This is last time I'll purchase Lenovo. "Not responding" happens so often. I have high speed internet, so think problem is this computer. Previous Lenovo had no problem.

I allowed the Ad Remover that came with the computer to expire and contacting the Geek Squad to renew the feature was also a super experience. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.
