He took his time to set up the computer, explain everything in detail and answer any questions we may have had. There was an issue setting up Microsoft office and he followed up to make sure we had received the missing code.

It is the first time I buy an open box product and I have to say everything was PERFECT, the conditions of the computer are excellent. I am very very happy with the purchase and even more happy as I saw a big smile on my father’s face.

The screen’s resolution is very wonderful and worth the price. I highly recommend this if you need computer desktops

With the help of the salesman, I made a decision to purchase this computer, and although I'm still learning, I'm very happy with my decision.

Quick start up, quick shut down, quiet operation. Transfer of data from my old computer to this computer was super easy using one drive and the sync option.
