Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the setup of your Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 24 All-In-One System, model number F0G100NLUS. This model ships with both Calliope Wireless Keyboard, Black, English and a Calliope Wireless Mouse, Black. The wireless keyboard and mouse bother use 2.4GHz localized WiFi, provided by the included USB 2.4GHz WiFi receiver. This USB receiver is stored in the mouse battery compartment for shipping. Remove the USB receiver and place it in a USB slot on the computer. Both the keyboard and mouse use the same receiver. Install the included batteries within the mouse. If there are extra batteries after you've installed the batteries in the mouse, they are for the keyboard. Posted .The stand on this Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 24 All-In-One System, model number F0G100NLUS, with a non-touch - 23.8 inch (screen size measured diagonally) IPS - FHD (1920x1080) screen, with a brightness level of 250 nits, will not move up or down. The screen can be positioned to a minus 5 degrees forward or a plus 25 degrees backward. Check to be sure that you have this exact model number.
