Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer after my old monitor died and this one is much faster than that one computer I had for 10 years. the only problem I am having is I use a website alarm clock and having to always sign in after I put the monitor to sleep is really annoying it did finally not just shut down and let it work BUT I still had to sign back in before turning off the alarm. this needs to be fixed.

I purchased for my 70 year old mom, who isn't very computer savvy. We were able to get everything hooked up quickly, set passwords and i gave her a quick tutorial. Its fast, doesn't take up to much space, screen is clear and bright

It really frees up a lot of space in my home office. It’s especially great when you don’t have a very big area to begin with. I’ve had zero issues with speed and connectivity issues!

Being that I have had two major strokes my comprehension has issues and being a former computer geek but know I have listen hard and close to the person talking slowly. As you would know I had a lot of questions' and he never show me that he DID NOT have the time. I greatly appreciate his patience. The Geek Squad agent was professional, friendly and kind. Perfect for 94 year olds

It fits the bill perfectly. She is not at all computer savvy but likes to send and receive emails and play solitaire. It is large enough so that she can see it well, it is causing her no issues at all. I would recommend this pc
