The sales clerk was professional, friendly and kind. Being that I have had two major strokes my comprehension has issues and being a former computer geek but know I have listen hard and close to the person talking slowly. As you would know I had a lot of questions' and he never show me that he DID NOT have the time. I greatly appreciate his patience. The Geek Squad agent was professional, friendly and kind. Great computer, works fast and I like that its an all in one, no bulky tower.

Bought this computer for my 94 yr old Aunt. It fits the bill perfectly. She is not at all computer savvy but likes to send and receive emails and play solitaire. It is large enough so that she can see it well, it is causing her no issues at all. I would recommend this pc

It's a great desktop All in one computer. it was at a good price. it was also easy to set up! it was cool to have the Wi-Fi built in. The Screen is also at a great size.

I've always owned laptops mainly apple, so i'm not windows savvy, i only work with windows at work and its mainly online chrome. I made this purchase because i returned to school and the programs they use is only windows friendly. After missing around with this, it was hard to navigate the menu and such. but i like it overall, the clearity of videos, the sound, the smoothness. everything. the keyboard and mouse were not that good, but i had a spare

just like new, a really good machine, was in excellent condition. the speakers wasn´t work but i don´t care really

I love my Lenovo Computer. It is easy to work. Being 81, I am enjoying learning everything it can do. It was set up for me by the Geek Squad. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and proficient. Thanks for all the help. LOVING IT!

Very nice all in one. I love the fact that it takes up minimal space and is fast enough for its intended use. It will be used for my daughters home schooling.

We needed an inexpensive All In One computer for browsing and emails and found the perfect machine at Best Buy. We had the computer operating within an hour of leaving the store. Very easy to set up.

Great computer. This my second time purchasing a Lenovo desktop. I purchased the last one in 2014. It was an excellent choice, but it's now time for a new one. This time I purchased an open box computer. It works as well as the last one. But the power cord was missing from the box, and they weren't able to give me a new one. For that reason, I'm a little disappointed. But I'm grateful that I have the cord from the old computer.

Have had the Lenovo All-In-One for a little over a month and it has been smooth sailing. Speed is great for what I am doing (selling online, surfing the net, etc...) Very pleased overall, so far.
