I’m not a technical savy guy but this little machine is awesome. Straight forward setup and it didn’t come preloaded with junk I don’t want. It runs fast even with 6 or more tabs opened to run my small Online business. It runs quietly and cool. I was really looking at a Mac but I am really glad I bought this instead. For me it’s a Win!!

A solid but basic computer

This computer is for my mother to send email, access Facebook and play solitaire. The price is reasonable and it performs the simple tasks very well. The one mistake I made was purchasing an open box that turned out to be missing the keyboard dongle. Best buy was unable to provide the missing part, so I received a gift card and will need to get the part myself.

Webroot came "complimentary" because I was a Total Tech Member and they installed it on this computer. I love the fact that with my TTMembership I get lots of additional benefits and savings off products. Committed to Best Buy because of the savings I receive.

I’m glad I decided to go with Lenovo rather than Apple bc tbh they do the exact same thing annd this is at a wonderful price and I did my research. Lenovo is an excellent choice. And it’s all built it, I enjoy it thus far.
