Computer has been in the shop 4 times in the one year I've owned it. Sometimes it's fast enough, sometimes slow, sometimes it doesn't work. Buy a Dell

I could not login and use it. I called best buy (local number) but of course it automatically directs you to their 1-800 even if you call the "local" number. The oversees support was no help, even though they were kind and nice, that provided no help. I have also contacted customer support to chat and was to take the computer back to the store (2 hours away). Thankfully I am computer literate and was able to download a Windows ISO image of this computers OS and was able to do a clean restore. It took hours but it worked. Side Note: The account registered to this computer was a medical facility. I'm sure it had tons of medical patient information. Great job Best Buy.

So I ran to Vestal and bought this love it easy set up only thing my Beats 3 headphones I cant get to connect! But worth every penny fast and sharp screen...a must have

Perfect for my father who gets confused with too many items to have to manage. Didn't need a ton of memory or storage space so I was able to save a bundle by skipping a lot of unnecessary hardware.
