I bought it for my son who really only needed it for email and occasional word processing and web pages. This computer stands alone as being the worst computer I have ever seen. We bought it at Best Buy. My son rarely used it and it has hardly any software on it. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to boot up. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to open a web page. My son took the computer to Best Buy Geek Squad to tune it up. The Geek Squad person said the computer is a piece of crap and it would not be worth upgrading with more RAM, processor, and hard drive, which might not even fix the problem. So, Lenovo made a crappy computer, Best Buy sold it, and only after you buy it do they tell you it is a piece of crap

Nice little machine

I have not had a desk top in quite some time. But with the ability to work from home from time to time, I figured it would be easier to so from a desktop than from my lap top. This machine works excellent and is easy on the pocket book. Windows 11 is great so.

No bulky tower or any type of machine outside the eloquent monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard. It is touch screen. it has it own camera, microphone and speaker. There are 7 USB ports and it is beautiful. It costs about 589.00 before taxes which is ideal for this machine.

It does take forever to turn on to getup to speed. Overall it does the work required in a law office.

Please be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on-screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
