Upon arrival, the monitor did not work. However, when I took it back to the store they boxed it back up and helped me pick out the computer that was just what I needed.
The service was excellent! I bought the Best Buy Plus agreement and have already used it. I noticed the computer I bought was on sale. I called them and was given the difference in the sale price and what I paid for my system. Now that's service!!!
